He is married to Mrs. Shikha Garkhel, one of the Director of Alianca Group and has two sons – Sarthak Garkhel (23 years) and Rishit Garkhel (16 years). He has a younger brother of Mr. Ranjan Garkhel.

He is running the organisation since 2000 with start up name Asiatic Overseas and after his joining of business was a strategic move on part of the company to take benefit from his valuable experience, Business Skills and proficiencies by leading and managing the company.
